By accessing or using Kemuni ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Kemuni is a residential community management platform that enables property managers and residents to communicate, submit and track maintenance requests, share announcements, and manage community information. The Service is designed for use by residential communities including condominiums, apartments, and homeowner associations.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Community managers may verify your residency before approving your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Submit spam, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your community affiliation
• Upload malware, viruses, or other malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (announcements, maintenance requests, messages). By posting content, you grant Kemuni a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within your community as needed to operate the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Termination
